Our beautiful studio cottage can accommodate up to two people (one queen bed). The cottage has a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave and a twin element Induction Cooktop. The colonial style french doors open out onto a verandah, a swimming pool and garden area. The swimming pool which offers a "Static Swim Belt" for stationery swimming and BBQ is for our paying guests to use. The cottage has its own private entrance, an en-suite (bathroom), a 40" LCD television, electric heating in the winter and a fan for cooling in the summer. Free Ultra Fast Fibre WiFi and free off-street parking available.

The colonial french doors in the bedroom and lounge overlook the pool and garden area. We are located at 3 Anglesea Street at the south end of the Central Business District. Follow directions to the centre of the city and Anglesea Street is situated between Victoria and Tristram Street.

Seddon Park is the home of cricket in Hamilton. It is recognised as one of the cricket world's best "boutique" grounds.Tree-lined grassy banks around two-thirds of the ground give Seddon Park a distinct ‘village green’ feel, and were noted as one of its striking features by influential cricket magazine The Cricketer, which in 2012 rated it as one of the 20 best Test cricket venues in the world.
